I have been working at Carico International

    Pros

I am able to make more than 6 figures, with the possibility of 7 figures, depending on the amount of effort that I put into it. This job provides security in an unsecure world. The diversity is excellent and everyone is treated the same. Very quick advancement to management if you put something into it. I love working with all the people.

    Cons

You have to be self motivated, so if you're someone who wants to punch a time card, this isn't the job for you. There is no one looking over your shoulder.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are so many brochures about products and services, spice up the brochures for prospective hires to be in line with the quality of the products and services.

I have been working at Carico International part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

You have flexibility with your work schedule.

    Cons

There is no hourly or salary income. It all depends on closing sales.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A minimum hourly pay rate should exist, to help the sales consultant not go empty handed if no sales were made.
If your sales out way your hourly rate then pay you accordingly.

Great training to learn about how to sale, but no pay, only commissions

I worked at Carico International full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Sales training were very good.

    Cons

No pay (only commissions), you have to compromise a lot of time in training (three days per week, three hours per day), generating potential clients and visiting clients, and you only get paid if you complete a sale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay at least for the sales visits time (at least the minimum salary)

    Neutral Outlook

    I worked at Carico International

    Pros

    - Good sales training
    - It's an entry level start if you really can't find anything else
    - Teaches you other work ethics and work principles

    Cons

    - Bad compensation
    - Direct sales at its worst
    - No leads, you have to sell to your family and friends
    - Expensive products that are not worth it

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is what it is. Their business model thrives on a high turnover rate. Maybe you can sell to some of your family and friends before eventually stopping and then either quitting or getting fired. I would suggest lowering the pricing of the products, they seem okay but not at what they are currently priced at.
