    Fast Food Service

General Manager (Former Employee) Elk Grove, CA

ProsIf you enjoy working with people and you don't mind physical labor It can be a rewarding job. You will function in a fast paced enviroment 80% of the time so your work day will "fly by".

ConsYour work week can exceed 60 hour on a regular basis. The company states they have a work /life balance, however the company's actions will prove that statement to be false. General managers in areas that don't have a uneducated labor force will struggle to retain employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhen employees follow the proper guidelines for airing greivences, they should be addressed in a manner that's fair to all parties involved.

    Review of Carls Jr.

Sales Associate (Current Employee) Corona, CA

ProsWorking at Carl's Jr. allows you to have a flexible schedule which is great if you are going to school.

ConsYou have to be prepared to stand on your feet for very long periods of time. The pay isn't great.

Advice to Senior ManagementMy advice would be to rotate the employees on the different restaurant positions. For example it shouldn't be the job of one person to only work the drive thru.
