    Pros

    Coworkers made the place bearable

    Cons

Management constantly checking in on store created a very high strung and nervous environment for everyone.
Place had roaches everywhere and owner would not pay to have them exterminated.
Place needed to be remodeled owner did not do it.
    Asks too much of employees

    Advice to Management

    Spend money on remodeling
    Stop asking for so much

    Pros

Middle ground between entry level fast food and a full service restaurant.
Decent products to sell. Never really got sick of the food, the menu was diverse.
I really liked the way they introduced new products every several months. Made the grind a little more tolerable, and the training was well organized.

    Cons

The pay is not enough to live off unless you are a general manager.
"Surprise" visits from district managers at any time of the day attempted to keep employees on their toes. Instead they instilled fear in a lot of the shift leaders, making a lot of people paranoid, and unnecessarily adding stress to an already fast paced job.

    Advice to Management

Give shift leaders more incentive to stick around for a few years by paying a higher wage, and the restaurants will run more smoothly.

    Pros

You have some cool employees and 50% off food and those are the only pros I can think of.

    Cons

Management expected way too much for little pay. Also some of the shift leads were horrible and made you do everything for them while they just gossiped in the kitchen or have 10 smoke breaks out in the back. Some shift leaders (at my store) refused to work drive thru and dine in while I was the only cashier avaliable! It was extremy stressful especially when you're expected to keep everything clean and stocked. I'm so glad I left this place and found another employeer. I wouldn't recommend even if you're desperate!

    Advice to Management

schedule more people so handing out orders and keeping the store cleaned is done more quickly since there are shift leaders who think they're above the crew members and don't want to do their job.

    Pros

    - 50% discount
    - Decent number of hours for part-time (25-30 hrs)
    - Decent training (paid crew meetings 1x/month, shift leaders go through paid 8-week training before officially taking the role)

    - Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are time in a half

    Cons

    - Beaucratic atmosphere- opportunities are usually reserved for the 'favorites' of the GM (who usually get him the best times)

    - Drive-through times are everything. They come before dine-in guests, customer service skills, leadership skills, and pretty much everything else. You master this, and you're set- but at a high cost.

    - Job is very stressful, especially during lunch/dinner rushes. Not for those who have quick tempers or thin skin. Must be able to hold your tongue when dealing with unforgivably rude customers.

    - You burn out quick. You can go from Spongebob to Squidward in 6 months.

    - Unless you promote to shift leader, don't expect to make more than minimum wage

    - If you're not fluent in Spanish, be prepared to feel incompetent at your job at least 50 percent of the time, as you have to have a Spanish speaker take over your register.

    - It is against company policy to pay outout-of-pocket in the event that your register is short. So unless you have a GM willing to fudge the reports and let you pay on the sly, you're fired after three times.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest making dine-in times just as important as drive-thru times. In fact, lessen the importance of times altogether and place more emphasis on great customer service and leadership skills. I would also suggest offering more incentives to stay with the company, such as benefits, free meals within a ceetain price range, more opportunities for getting a raise, and etc. Also, allowing employees to take responsibility for being short by paying out-of-pocket hurts no one, and lessens turn-turn-over.
