Pros

Friendly office environment, people are nice to each other. Very international. Product you can be proud of. Lots of innovation, always something new. Good for women, family friendly.

Cons

Administrative headaches. HR department is disorganized, payroll is also pretty bad. IT is outsourced and difficult to deal with. Strict efficiency program that affects everyone but the marketing department.

Advice to Senior Management

Please also apply the efficiency program to the marketing department.

Pros

Good Colleagues, nice company history. The company is very well known in Denmark and therefore almost everyone has an opinion and it makes you proud to work there. Fellow employess were my reason for staying. Many employees have been many years at carlsberg which gives you a great way of learning the culture-

Cons

Low pay, very unclear management, seemingly random hiring and promotions.
Complete dishonest mid level managers that have little or no people management skills whatsoever. Decisions can take up to two years to be implemented. Some changes are made too fast, i.e. organisationally, so you dont know what your real jobfunction will be next year.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more open and honest. The information level is almost completely top-down with little relevance to your daily work.
