    Pros

Most of the people there were very pleasant to work with and good people. Family like environment. Fast paced environment, days went by quick. Pay and benefits were decent.

    Cons

Management had a "My way or the highway" view a lot of the time. Small staffed and overworked most of the time. Management expected sometimes too much of employees because they were understaffed and very busy. When they communicated that they were 'buried' with work, there were no solutions offered.

    Advice to Management

Show more appreciation to your employees. Even a few "good job" or "good work"'s here and there would be good. More ideas for solutions to help balance work load.

    Pros

Alot of very nice people to work with, family environment

    Cons

Lackluster technical reputation, known more as a bottom dollar versus winning work based on quality.
