I have been working at Carmel Furniture part-time
Easy on the job training. Flexible scheduling allows workers to maintain a high quality of life with a standard base pay. All on the job information is given at the time of training which explains the companys overall core values, goals, and company rules and policies.
Must be able to multi task amd in the event of an emergency stay late past hours listed on the job requirements. The wait is worth the pay and all sales are purely independent on your skills acquired on tge job. Scheduling can be a bit tricky. You must be computer savy to connect with your employer and employees. Unfortunately the site seems to run into problems server wise and can be more of a hassel than a helpful tool.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work but maybe work on evening out the playing field when it comes to scheduling. A sales jncentive will go a far way in the improvement of job quality and employee satisfaction. An anonymous question from one employee a week is a great way to allow a worker to share concerns and/or questions without fear from upper level management or judgement from co- workers.
