    Pros

You get free movies, free popcorn, free icees. In between rush hours, you have some downtime to organize and mingle with employees.

    Cons

Rush hour can be really fast paced and unorganized. Minimum wage job that doesn't encourage you to take vacation time and wants you working incredibly long shifts. Management sometimes took advantage of that.

    Advice to Management

Hire better team management. The upper management was unprofessional at times and did not run the theater as smoothly as it could have been.

    Pros

You get free movies and semi flexible schedule

    Cons

Rush hour is really fast paced but the lazy staff and sometimes rude customers made it a hard place to work.

    Pros

Love of movies is the only reason I can think of to work here.

    Cons

Constantly changing schedule, incredibly high turnover, all employees and management are beholden to the will of the complex manager. There is very little protection from a horrible CM.

    Advice to Management

You need to keep your CMs in check. If they can walk all over employees with impunity, then your turnover rate is gonna be so high that it negatively affects turnover.

    Pros

They pay to move you when you relocate with the company, including buying out your current lease, if you have one. They put you up in a pretty nice hotel any time you have to travel, including for relocating, if you can't arrange a new home before your arrival. Benefits packages, insurance options, chance to move up in the company, a lot of freedom to improve your location, as long as you can get the budgeting approved.

    Cons

ALWAYS in a spending freeze- have to get approved to purchase even the most basic of supplies. 5 years with the company and have yet to receive an annual review + raise, only gotten raises based on promotions. Nights, weekends, holidays are MANDATORY- especially for management, unless you work at the home office.

    Advice to Management

It's a good job, but make sure that your crew is 100% on board with you. Nothing worse than a salaried assistant trying to sabotage you every step of the way. Also, plan on spending A LOT of time at your theater at first, and any time anything is wrong. And in the Summer. And over holidays. Just make sure you like your office, you'll be there a lot!

    Pros

Will hire minors, and (usually) follows labor laws and will not schedule you against the laws. Asks up front for your hour availability and follows it. Very busy during summer. Great summer job. Allows for weekends only shifts. Lots of people to work with!! (Thousand Oaks) Managers are nice. Lots of opportunities to be cross-trained.

    Cons

Many cliques that are forming. Some managers are hard to get in contact with. Must have weekends available and holidays as well. Everyone works Christmas and we do not receive holiday pay. Interactions with guests do not always go so well.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees more. We have a lot to say.

    Pros

Free movies is always a plus and free popcorn as well. And workin there is very easy. also the management is very relaxed. They are not always in your face.

    Cons

Only a part time worker aND yet I am always betting cut which makes my pay check really low. And they demand to much of your for such a low pay.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is that they should stop cutting so much hour when everyone there is already part time. It makes people not want to work there
