    Pros

    Flexible scheduling
    Many locations for easy transfers

    Cons

Employee meal restrictions and discount are terrible
Corporate in recent years has diminished the value and quality of food and customers
No longer based on the solid principal of affordable in-store prepped food and excellent customer service

    Advice to Management

Corporate positions are greedy and make decisions that have ruined the quality of the restaurant and lies over and over again during these changes to employees.

    Pros

Great people, good money, decent bosses.

    Cons

Working long hours with no breaks or food.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees breaks if they need them.

    Pros

Tips were good on hot nights, dim lighting and great food. Got fat using employee discount, @ 50% off menu.

    Cons

Trays are huge and heavy, when accidents happened, it was catastrophic. GM was always stressed and unapproachable. He bent over too far with customers who were clearly there to work the system by using their tax refund to pay what was left of their bill after complaining to the GM only after dessert had arrived.

    Advice to Management

see above. Servers need their tips and 10% gratuity on a heavily (and too quickly) discounted check.

    Pros

Great company with a passion for food quality. Work hard and you will be rewarded by management. Only open for dinner throughout the week.

    Cons

Beware that your General Manager is also the owner of the restaurant. This restaurant isn't as busy as other Bloomin' Brands companies. Only open for dinner throughout the week.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees well and they will respond better. They know the guests are the ones paying their bills, not you. They will work harder if they feel they have a reason to work hard.

    Pros

Food benefits, comp card allowance, somewhat fun

    Cons

Hours, pay, advancement opportunities. Cutting costs daily.

    Advice to Management

Stop cutting costs, return to what made the company successful. They lost 3 major players in a year (president, rip,vp) all whom were long tenured. Tells you the direction

    Pros

Not bad pay, make tips. 50% off discount at Carrabba's and also 25% off at Outback, Fleming's and Bonefish Grill; short shifts

    Cons

    Nasty co workers, no breaks

    Advice to Management

Hire nicer people that don't try to take advantage of you.
