    benefits, decent pay, monthly bonus

    not enough free time for personal life, corporate throws new mandates for lower management to uphold every week, becomes way too much to keep up with.

    Discount on Food. Flexiblility. Off on Christmas and Thanksgiving.

    Cons

    Managers are poorly trained. Managers show a great amount of favoritism. The best workers are always punished

    Follow your own advice. Select better staff during the interview process. Realize everyone's life doesn't revolve around the restaurant

    Superb practical-training, food discounts, knowledge given on authentic Italian dishes.

    Cons

    Corporate regulations decrease some authenticity of traditional Italian food. Management training program is not very rewarding.

    Advice to Management

    Understand the needs of the employees. Reward system for major sales accomplishments can sometimes lack.

    Pros

    Comp card that gives 100 dollars at other concepts, reasonable schedules depending on your managing partner

    Cons

    The direction of the company is hard to back, going away from fresh made food that customers love

    Know what your customers want. The cheap route would of been great when the economy was tanking, but things are getting better and customers want creative specials

    The,pay is lousy.on a slow night you might make less than $20 in tip share.many hours standing up without a break

    Pros

    Great Co-Workers and a great work enviornment, employee meals, always changing and growing, fairly easy serving job compared to other places I have worked.

    Cons

    Little room for advancement, I was there almost 5 years and they never offered me a management position, which i asked for several times.

    I worked at Carrabba's Italian Grill full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Along with the great employee family, you also get the employee discount. I ate Carrabbas some three times a night. On hard holidays when the restaurant is going to be slammed such as mothers day, the proprietor would have firehouse catered to us. The work days go by like a breeze because everybody flows as a team and before you know it, the night is over. The kitchen and back of house staff are wonderful people as well that put a smile on your face if you've had a bad day. I LOVED working here and would definitely work here again!

    Cons

    Honetly there aren't many cons. All I can think of is that during the holiday season it can get pretty busy and it may seem "over staffed" but it's for everyone to not get so stressed during the day.

    Advice to Management

    Bring back the Forever Braised Beef Brasato! HAHAHA
