Pros
Free services. As a employee, you are allowed to "trade" services by tipping them instead. A normal $65 haircut can now cost $30 (the amount of the tip). Because the girls you work with are your friends, you want to give them a healthy tip.
Cons
Where do I even begin? When you work here, you have five bosses each telling you to do different things. And forget about working around a school schedule. They make a point to conflict your work schedule with your school schedule.
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate better with your employees.
