Pros

Casa Ole had great people working for them. They have fast cooks and great service. They made me feel at home

Cons

Depending on people to leave me a tip is hard. Having to be without teamwork on the job. Not being able to smoke a cigerette when i wanted.

During my time with Casa Ole i had no confrentation with the management in any way. Therefore I feel like the management did a great job.

Non-intrusive management
Friendly atmosphere
Ability to have large sections of tables and "burn and turn" them quickly, leading to plentiful tips

Cons

The food is not particularly expensive, so you really have to process a lot of tables to make money
Sometimes they seem to hire just about anyone, leading to some sketchy characters

Seems like managers concern themselvers too often with minute details rather than looking at the big picture. Sometimes managers are not visible enough to public
