    I have been working at CashMax full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    The company has great bonuses and different contests to make work fun. They also promote from within.

    Cons

    It can be stressful sometimes trying to reach goals but that's with any job.

    I worked at CashMax

    Pros

    They're great at "cheerleading". They like to show like they are a part of the community.

    Cons

    Constantly changing bonus structure, Constantly changing rules of the game, Told that a certain aspect of the business was important to the store fronts but then eliminated 2 weeks later, district manager dated one of the lower level employees, district manager talked constantly about drinking it up and "doing shots" with Cheney (CEO), doesn't care about customers - just keep them on the books to keep them in debt.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Spend more time with the store front employees not just the RM and DM's.

    I worked at CashMax

    Pros

    Easy hours, but crazy schedule. Small teams could be good but mine wasn't

    Cons

    Upper management seemed to think it was OK to bend the rules a bit to get head. Feedback was more like a friendly conversation. No goals or outline or well anything McDonalds has a better employee review session.

     No understanding that harassing your customers make your employees feel like sh*t. Just a simple "its part of the job."

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Follow the law, and listen to senior management they actually know what their doing and care if we break the rules.
