    Great place to work

    Waitress (Former Employee)
    Scottsdale, AZ

ProsEveryone is super friendly and room for advancement. The lunch room has a lot of different choices. The vice president is awesome and caring.

ConsThe hours can be tuff if you are new. Sometimes there can be two many people going for the same position.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay more attention to what's going on in some of the different departments. Start promoting people for positions because you see there hard work instead of having 50 people apply.

Worst gaming employer of six in twenty years, by far.

    Dealer (Current Employee)
    Scottsdale, AZ

ProsBenefits even though they keep taking some away.

ConsManagement has no clue how to run a business let alone a casino. Marketing is terrible. Company philosophy towards guests service is BS. They do not listen to anything guests or employees have to say.

Advice to Senior ManagementRead "Leadership and Change". Start spending some money to improve business. Start treating your guests and employees like they matter.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
