Pros
Well, Casspeat seems to be a fast track schhol for on-site productivity specialist of the highest ambitions. If you want to learn consulting on floor-level stuff including true implementation of management behaviours, Lean etc. this is your company. It is also a proud company with good agressive sellings skills and good analytic skills. It does bring about results and acts faithfully. Indeed they have learnt some bad examples from clients for which they are very cautious is selecting the clientele and are very quick to step out of relationships thar are potentially harmaful to the company. As far as I know they hold excellenet references.
Cons
Well, this ia boot-camp. Very turnover rate of employees, the first half-year is a watershed. Do not count on much free-time and depending on you project director you can get fired very quickly if you do not live up to the standard. Sometimes they are only too quick in making asssessments and jumping to conslusions in staff matters and the PD can get instructions from above based on who-knows what info. You have to call in your best skills and forget about textbooks and endless in-house courses to raise your level of understanding. You either fight thru your way or you are out. Pretty tough.
Advice to Senior Management
Maybe rethink your training policy and feedback system. More open and accessible principles of assessment are also welcome.
Pros
Posibility to work your time according to your personal plans; even if you have no experience you are thrown in the face of the client so if you like that kind of challenges and you are able to learn from them this is agood place to start
Cons
Management with no leadership skills; too big egos; few people that really have the expertize; no respect for the employees; uneven compensation plans according to personal likes and dislikes of the regional manager; no experts to learn from; the company shows a different face to the client than it really has inside of it
Advice to Senior Management
Show the same respect for all your employees
