Details
Pros
The camaraderie of the staff is great. Most people are very helpful.
Cons
Every action in the company is dictated by the whim of David Murdock, which changes on a daily basis. New projects get started and old ones scrapped with no clear vision or instruction of why.
Advice to Senior Management
Trust people to do their jobs.
