I worked at Castrol India full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Amazing work culture, you'll work with highly motivated people having a real zeal for success, offers best work life balance, all work is done in day time & in fact you are discouraged to work in late evenings.

In Castrol, You'll learn that safely is the biggest priority in anything you do & it is extensively undertaken by senior management. Company offers best in class compensation, variable pay & health insurance.

    Cons

Promotions are not fair, the assessment center is completely biased

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Should promote the people who actually do the work rather than hiring fresh graduates from ivy B schools at senior levels.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
