    Pros

Dynamic management focused on delivering results.

    Cons

Need to make sure all employees are aligned in achieving the same goals. Too many operators in "jobs" rather than careers.

I have been working at Catalent Pharma full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Potential for growth if you are also aggressive in pursuing it them. The individuals that work in the company are employed because of their expertise in the industry and most will share that experience with you if prompted. There is a strong vision for the company for future growth.

    Cons

Relatively flat leadership structure which results in a culture of delegation that focuses workload on only a few people. Lean structure creates high workload for everyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Investing in the people by offering more opportunities for training and skills outside of the core job responsibilities will retain and create value for the people and the company as a whole.

I have been working at Catalent Pharma full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

If you work hard and drive results management will develop you. Flexible work hours. Laid back corporate environment. Great PTO structure. Growing company. Its always busy so you don't have to worry about layoffs

    Cons

Pay raises are low - 3% is the highest you can get. Healthcare benefits are terrible. They determine your salary based on education and years of experience, not how well you do the job. Someone with 20 years of experience who sucks will make more than someone with 7 years of experience that is a rockstar

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop making allowances for lazy workers ... It discourages your rockstars and they end up leaving the company.

I have been working at Catalent Pharma full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You work with a lot of experienced and usually friendly people.
Close family like niches depending on the group you enter.
    Generally a teamwork environment.
Working with clients to fulfill their goals is rewarding.

    Cons

No clear path for advancement and promotions are few and far between. You have to group hop, get very lucky timing wise, or wait forever to advance to a position that fits your talent level.
The close family like niches feud with with one another from group to group.
Not enough tiers within a job title. You feel you must advance in title to get a pay reasonable (not just 1%-2% a year) bump causing a lot of ill feelings when a pay tier system based on talent and experience could help alleviate the anxiety.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay close attention to when a worker is pushing hard to get something accomplished. (The more hard work is ignored the less desirable going above and beyond becomes)
Since the difference between doing the base amount of work and being a star is 1%-2% if they are lucky make sure and fight for bonuses when you feel they are due.
