    Pros

    flexible scheduling, excellent curriculum, supervisor is very supportive, small groups, paid vacation, friendly people to work with. Collaborative environment.

    Cons

    Some of the teachers complain and bring negativity to us who really enjoy teaching for Catapult. Lots of paperwork.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the complainers who have nothing positive to say. Management seems to have a lot on their plates, bring in more help to offset the amount of work they have.

    An extremely degrading manager (formerly) No flexibility with schedule

    Higher managers need to see what middle managers are up to and the way teachers are treated

    Pros

    they are very flexible if you have things that you need to take care of. The staff

    Government funded program dealing with education, so you don't know from one year to the next whether you will be employed or not.

    Advice to Management

    You need to understand that the foundation of the business and everything that supports it comes from the bottom and not the top. Technology--Technology--Technology ----> if you forget this you will soon become obsolete.

    *85% Travel time *Micromanagers *Managers not always available or hypercritical *Cheap * Difficult hard sale *Too many jobs assigned to manager to complete * Too low pay for travel time and duties

    *Specify/assign tasks that can truly be accomplished without taking over entire life. *Provide postive feedback, motivation and appreciation for everything asked of employee *Understand the task asked to be performed by employee *Management be more proactice and less reactive
