    Pros

    Competitive wages, good work environment, fast paced & versatile. My job never gets boring. Each time I go into work I know that I am going to be proud of the food I serve. I also like being affiliated with such a well respected company who works with Naples elite.

    Cons

    You must be flexible, sometimes set up would need to be changed last minute. This is pretty common as clients often change their minds or weather dictates where an event will be held. This is all part of the business but it can be stressful. Jon and the lead servers do what they can to be well organized but sometimes things happen and you have to be prepared to change lanes quickly.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to weed out the dead weight....

    Value the employees that build the business.
    Treat the team with respect.
    Pay fairly.
    Do not undermine the team.
    Offer incentives and bonuses.

    Pros

    They have some high end clientle and are competitive with other companies in the area both in quality and price.

    Cons

    The owner is sometimes difficult to work for because he micromanages at times. Overall though, he is competent and he is always fair with his compensation.

    Advice to Management

    Trust your management team more often.
