    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If the pay for the shabaz can be increased. Secondly if there can be yearly training for the shabaz to bring them to date on the new development in the health industry as to what concerns them and their own contributions. Thanks.

    Pros

My immediate colleagues are great. Sometimes we make a difference in people"s lives

    Cons

For a faith based employer, they have no sense of Christian charity and no truck with social justice. The Pope would not be happy if he saw this place in operation.Harrisburg administration is in a continual war with staff outside the main office

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You lose employees every month because you can't hold onto them.
