    Pros

Working with dedicated students who genuinely want to apply themselves and learn.

    Cons

Queens site Educstion services manager has no background in Educstion or teaching so allows the ESL program to be run by a Filipino with a background in Agronomy and with very poor pronunciation, worse spelling and no teacher wulifications whatsoever. Queens site co-ordinator favors her own religion and pushed Catholic students out. She is sneaky, dishonest and always has her hand in the till. Human Resources are lazy, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. This place is riddled with corruption, nepotism, stealing staff and bullying and ostracizing the very employees who are actually qualified and know and love their job. It makes me want to renounce my Catholic faith.

    Advice to Management

Hire people with honesty and integrity and if their role is to supervise ESL programs they should be able to speak English. Get rid of people who do not value the ethics inherent in Catholic teachings and want to direct all funding to non-Catholics who have no intention of using English to improve their work opportunities because they refuse to work!
