Pros
Great benefits and health insurance. I have benefits for my entire family and don't pay a cent for them.
Cons
High staff to patient ratios, it seems there is more concern with profitablilty than with patient safety.
Advice to Senior Management
Consider the future, by cutting staff and increasing work load you are going to lose a lot of clinical staff...in five years when the economy has shifted and clinical staff is again hard to come by, what are you going to do? People will not want to work here.
