Pros
a good company
grow well and fast
and really nice place for people who already have lots of experience and credentials
Cons
not really such a nice place for people to start off there career there
but as described above good place for experienced hire

Seeking salary , having a job ! relatively small experience
Cons
Very tight structure: each person ends up doing endless jobs, unstructured database, obliging employees to do the same job three times
Advice to Senior Management
Invest more in IT (for international offices)
