    Pros

Wonderful job! Love it! Great team of ladies. Bonus are awesome.

    Cons

You do not get enough hours to properly schedule the people you need to ensure no one steals anything.

    Advice to Management

Be ready to work hard. For only ok pay.

    Pros

20% discount on already great prices
The people you work for and with really make a difference .
I really enjoy that I get to do my own visuals, we get to be creative (within guidelines of course ) but we're not robots who are told to put this and only this on display.
The hours are great, and very reasonable holiday hours

    Cons

The pay wage. Very hard to get and keep some hard workers because of lower pay

    Advice to Management

Pay a little more to get quality workers, especially in markets with a lot of competition.

More payroll hours especially if you expect us to have great customer service, low shrink and to get tasks completed on time. Sometimes unreal expectations when working on a one man coverage.

    Pros

Could be a good experience for resume

    Cons

    Very low pay
    Benefits
    Drama
    Work hours
    Overall horrible work atmosphere

    Advice to Management

Some people have kids and their kids should always come before a job. So quit sayin that this job is number 1 bc to some people it's not. Also quit talkin to people like they're kids. We are all adults so there is no reason to treat people like that.

    Pros

20% discount, District manager is understanding, creative freedom, and styling customers

    Cons

    Pay, time off, demanding hours

    Advice to Management

I am part of management. A younger manager to be exact. There are too many old managers. Can not style mannequins and stuck in their ways. Cato needs to be completely revamped.

    Pros

Cute clothes, fun environment under the right management, interesting helping customers.

    Cons

Long hours if your salary, zero support from corporate, always under staffed (usually only 2 people working at a time), pay is awful if you're hourly, expectations are insane for such a small staff.

    Advice to Management

If you paid you're managers more it might be worth the 50+ hours away from our family, and don't expect a staff of half time people and 2 full timers to sell, check people out, let people in and out of dressing rooms, put out freight, and follow all LP policies to be perfect! Some praise during those "corporate visits" would go long way!

Great discount! Clothing nice and enjoy the customers

    Cons

    Hours suck, pay really suck

    Advice to Management

Get to know what is out in the field. Some of the Corporate decisions do not make sense especially some of the questions on secret shop and you need to start all part-timers $8/hr
