I worked at Caverton Helicopters full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

You can be made in one second-- e.g. you can get a brand new car this very minute if the Chairman so wishes

    Cons

You can remain unnoticed for ten years -- no structure

    I worked at Caverton Helicopters

    Pros

They pay is alright and the time off is good.

    Cons

The Managers seem to have no direction and do nothing that isn't seemingly self-serving. There is absolutely no support for tooling, ground support equipment or ramp staff training. Though one customer is a major oil and gas supplier, Caverton does not have a serious focus on safety training. There seems to be no technical records department or quality department.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Caverton Helicopters is operating joint ventures in the only areas of aviation they are actually making money in. I would suggest that they save themselves the money and allow their partners in their joint venture to run the operations. The majority of the staff issues they have run into in the last year or two would almost immediately end.
