Since the Coroporate is taking steps to improve the firm. The old INET way won't exist. It would be a good place to work.

I have been working at Cavotec

    Pros

Everybody, for the most part gets along well, Global company, Cool products, Management mostly engineers, Sales team is supported by management, No micro-managing, Good benefits

    Cons

Cavotec gives you a lot of opportunities to learn and grow, but hard work and results are not rewarded. The recognition is good, but the monetary rewards don't exist.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management does not micro manage. Employees are expected to do their job and work as a team. All good, but more guidance is needed for some employees / areas of responsibility.
