    Pros

You have the opportunity to feel your part of an evolving medical miracle.

    Cons

Not enough training, you have to know it so well to be able to explain it in the most simplistic fashion to allow for success. Only 6-10% of floor hits goal (100 enrollments of $1595-$6000= $3000 com or 1-2% at plan) below 90% it's $6 an enrollment or almost 1% of sales, yes maybe 60-70% make some form of commission, but it's mediocre at best. The ones that hit is because it took them a long time to learn how to explain it simply, or have mastered the lead distribution system. Pay is not tied to amount sold, but enrollments achieved, so you can sell $150000 a month or $1.8M a year and only make $36-40K in commission.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You say your looking for SALES people, you're really looking for Telemarketers that can follow a script and use the same messaging everyone else is using and not hitting goals. Drop the Role Plays and allow people to use their selling skills, rapport building and consultative/ conversational skills to close deals. Then the sales cycles will shorten up. The culture their is so robotic and DRY, no warm welcoming to newbie's and quit saying you want change but continue to hold people to the things that don't allow for change. Definition of insanity. Tie Commissions to Amount sold and make it 3-5% or significantly raise your Base.

I have been working at Cbr Systems full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Possibility to take on new projects and learn new skills
No shortage of work in either technical arena or business arena
Does not micromanage because of overwhelming workload on managers / directors

    Cons

The whiners and people who bring up problems with the company have the ears of management
The solution makers are the people who are burdened with the work and design
No clear path to promotion and promotions are at the whim of the VP's and Directors; not merit based

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Calm down with projects and spend on new technologies. Profits and business do not turn around over night and there is no golden goose right now. Learn to cut through the BS and ask people who know the business, not the people who make a fuss about things.
