A lot of hard work for nothing

LDP Associate (Former Employee)
Medford, OR

I worked at Cds Publications full-time for more than a year

ProsThere are some good people who work within the company. And there really are some great opportunities to move to wherever and do whatever you would like within the company.

ConsWhile the LDP program does offer some great opportunity, some act cut throat about it and will not hesitate to throw you under the bus. And regardless of your past accomplishments and contributions to a company, if you do happen to get tossed under that bus, none of it matters.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Second Shift (Current Employee)
Medford, OR

I have been working at Cds Publications full-time for more than 5 years

ProsThe company wants to be a major player and do well, plus they have some very good people in the rank and file employee's.

ConsHuman resources is non-existant, the pay is decades old in the face of compitition and they hire most of their management off the street.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to some of your veteran employee's, you may not like what you here, but you will get the truth, unlike alot of the "yess men/woman" they have now

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
