    Pros

Excellent co-workers, willing to assist when necessary. Sr. Management allows one to try new ideas/projects. Many opportunities for education and advancement. Company is concerned about employees.

    Cons

Printing industry is declining. Company has recently been sold to RRD and appears to have lost their vision for the future. Not sure how recent changes in senior management have impacted direction and morale.

    Advice to Management

Reinstate annual strategic planning meetings to establish direction and goals. Consider diversifying into additional products/services.

The best thing about working here was working with the public, attending meetings, conferences, the radio show, the magazine, all of it was fantastic! Miss it a lot.

    Cons

Worked lots of hours, but it was well worth it!

    Pros

The company wants to be a major player and do well, plus they have some very good people in the rank and file employee's.

    Cons

Human resources is non-existant, the pay is decades old in the face of compitition and they hire most of their management off the street.

    Advice to Management

Listen to some of your veteran employee's, you may not like what you here, but you will get the truth, unlike alot of the "yess men/woman" they have now

    Pros

There are some good people who work within the company. And there really are some great opportunities to move to wherever and do whatever you would like within the company.

    Cons

While the LDP program does offer some great opportunity, some act cut throat about it and will not hesitate to throw you under the bus. And regardless of your past accomplishments and contributions to a company, if you do happen to get tossed under that bus, none of it matters.
