mixed depend on location & your boss

Manager - Business Development (Former Employee)

Proswell its freedom only u have to make 10 cold calls per day so come to office at 10 leave at 10.30 & go to field do 10 calls in 1 2 3 hour depend on you rest sleep at room or home bring one order & less tention for the month more than 80 k for freshers first 3 months they check you and give proper salary but after if u do not complete target they will hold your salary if u complete then they will give u this is for freshers & 1 yr old employee. Training session of 16 days is very good time 09 to 07 facilities are great in noida

Conswell payment policy is worst here you get salary in 2 parts one in 7-10 of month & other is 18 -19 of month The daily calls u do is to be entered in a software and this software takes daily 1-2 hours to work . if u do not fill properly they cut 2nd part of salary that is around 1500-2000 depend on case to case. location is important if market is captured in yr area then its difficult to bring order well price is 3-4 times costlier than local competitors rarely leads are given u are given an area and go where ever u want school college hospital office retail shop cloth store . well u have to see how your area is. package given is very high but dont go on package the only thing u get is FIXED COMPONENT. 5000-7000 are kept in variable means u will not get it trust me never even if u achieve the target . because variables are given on no discount & without discount its near to impossible to sell. if u want to earn incentive it is low here and u get after 3 months. for freshers to qualify for incentive you need to sell above 1.25 lakh ...
Growth rate is very less if after your MBD u become asst terr mang ur salary is 2-3 k increased then for ATM salary 3-4k increased i have seen ATM working for 3 yrs nd salary was 18k

Advice to Senior Managementu make salary very interesting but keep variable 7k to 8k what is this ?? make whole payment on time even PLR

If you are going to join Ceasefire Ind Ltd

    BDM (Current Employee) Delhi (India)

ProsYou should be Lucky enough that your assigned area have enough sales potential, if yes be continue with it, you will be better know it in just 3 month. If no, please kick out this company before it start to hold ur salary. Specially for freshers use this company as only for getting platform to learn marketing & sales experience but never ever for making career in it. You will get very great experience of mismanagement and its effect on overall business.

ConsVery low grade of working environment. Very low class of marketing and even sales experience.
If you are preparing yourself to be a part of high profile corporate culture in future than you will find your career is sinking day by day there.

    BDM (Current Employee) Mumbai (India)

ProsIf you don't get job any where in the world apart from insurance and telecom
sector, then only join this company.r

ConsZero support of mgmt, have to complete target while working in limited assigned area, abusing is normal, partiality, mgmt don't know what is OB, ratio of 2 computers in 6 employees, all senior mgmt is graduate with narrow mind attitude, worst infra you may ever
come accross in your lifetime career. Salary doesn't come in full. Comes in three parts. Firget incentives. Don't have words to say. Cal me if u want more info.
