Pros – Average company with an assortment of good days and bad days. Easy to reach, nice building. Comfortable.
Cons – I often felt that employees suffered from a lack of motivation and from stress from deadlines perceived as arbitrary. They also reported missing clear leadership and clear goals.

Cool Work(all upgradation or support projects)
Fun activities, Team outing
Cons – No career growth(using very old technologies, no development projects)
No onsite since 2010(stopped as a part of cost cutting)

Fired few employees recently for poor performance(in 2012)
Follows a policy of hiring freshers with 3 years service agreement(many are absconding due to this).
No/very poor appraisals after agreement period(Max 10% if you are outstanding)
Advice to Senior Management – Hiring freshers with a mandatory service agreement of 3 years is a good idea for cost cutting. But the same time there should be a balance to maintain the quality of work.

Pros – Good people who work hard and a company where you can make a difference if you want to.Really its up to you.
Cons – People who leave at 5pm on the dot and then complain that they aren't given opportunities. Some people too negattive and see obstacles rather than opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management – A need to listen more and make sure the employees know they are being listened to. More recognition needed when people do a good job.

Pros – Good to learn product development process. Initial 2-3 years good to learn a lot.
If you are performer then you will recognised.
Cons – After2-3 years nothing left to learn. If you love to work on Open Source or some kind of coding challange then you feel frustrate.
Advice to Senior Management – Specially HR team process is very un transparent. They always scared if they will make transparent then those ppl will gone.
