Pros – very good friendly work culture. a family boutique environment despite the growing number of employees. challenging projects across different telecom vendors & technologies. ample room for growth & learning. Daunting & Challenging work with an element of fun. Good salaries generally & employee recognition.
Cons – HR processes are weak. Technical line management acts as HR. Lack of diversification, everything is viewed through company's product portfolio & avenues outside current capabilities are not explored. Overall Pros would outdo the Cons.
Advice to Senior Management – Technical Diversification, Separation of Technology Layer from other company's functions (HR, Finance). Focus on employee competence development & build a longer plan in line with industry's road map.

Pros – Flexibility

Cons – Total chaos and disorganization, management and directors carry their own departmental agenda, they cannot agree on any common organizational goals, changing them daily and hourly, therefore, giving confusing and contradicting instructions to team members. Very low team morale in general.
Management will not hesitate to make you the scapegoat for any mistakes and decisions you had no power over - CYA.
Management and directors clearly have their favorites while they ignore others more skilled and qualified candidates for the positions.
Lots of long hours go unrecognized
Advice to Senior Management – Management: trust your the knowledge and experience of your employees - you hire them for a reason - do not treat them like cattle

Pros – They gave me an opportunity to break into an industry with no prior experience in the exact field. Their recognition for seeing talent is far beyond what I expected. Their desire to help you get to work is fantastic, they fronted me money to get settled in the new area.
Cons – They have a tendancy to let you sit in the current position without offering promotions. The pay is below market rate but still acceptable. They have some great resources within the organization but have more people with just a "job".
Advice to Senior Management – If I was a member of the Management staff I would concentrate on keeping your people employed. Working to keep people by searching for positions in the desired Markets would keep loyal employee, and that is how you make money.
Pros – good colleagues. Friendly environmet to work in helpfull seniors . easy work schedule
Cons – sr management can be a little hard to work with at times. else not really much of a problem workign here
