    Pros

    With the fast pace in technology, this Company is agile enough to cope with the current demands of the users. Attractive bonus packages for staffs. Able to travel overseas a lot. Friendly staffs and management.

    Cons

    Teamwork still lacking. Some Heads still work in silos. Sometimes decision making can be very slow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do not re-org to often. Every time there is a re-org there will be confusion among the vendors and internal people. Decision making will be chaotic. Other telco competitors will take over the market during confusion period.
