Pros – Great group of people to work with. Small company feel exposing you to many areas of the business.

Cons – Being part of Quest Diagnostics has put a lot of constraints on how things are done. There are many more layers of red tape and inefficiencies of a big company.

Pros – Smart, passionate people. Great team work. Women in leadership.

Cons – No cons that I remember.

Pros – pay and benefits are pretty good. You can have a 9 to 5 job if you want.

Cons – Lots of politics, middle management in general display no leadership, no strategic plan can be perceived.

Advice to Senior Management – Develop a better strategy, also improve the middle management layer. Too many truly mediocre people are in charge

Cons – organizational silos; short-sighted business-management practices; employee development, operational performance were not top priorities

Advice to Senior Management – continuously develop employees and motivate units around strategic, visionary goals
