The managers at our site, benefits, our site valued employees opinions to make changes, the corporate culture at our site was amazing by being a close knit of friends.

Senior management in Toronto do not have a clue what the heck they are doing or how to lead change.

Outside of management, the people are hard working and extremely dedicated.

The director level leadership is none existent and has been damaging for operations performance and employee moral.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue action to replace director level leadership. The operations team has performed better in the past with previous leadership in place.

As we continue to reposition, new capabilities will be required that are not as clearly measured- will require more flexibility in how we support those who are part of the longer term gameplan

The People that work here are fantastic. Everyone seems to be professional and they care about their impact on the overall success of the company. The management is focused on keeping this company site going forward and growing.

Haven't found any negatives so far, other than the salary - which is at the low end of the pay scale - especially for our location. Hopefully that will change with successful business growth.

Keep bringing in new business, keep the focus on respect for your employees. and prepare to succeed.
