    Pros

Great science and smart employees. Values r&d. Offer nice development pops once you are identified as high performing.

    Cons

Stuck on the Celgene way being better than other suggestions. Uses many contractors in roles where minimal improvement is expected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review benefits like vacation, flex time. Many pharmacy biotech companies offer virtual arrangements for their workforce when meetings, calendars permit.

    Pros

Company is growing and has a lot of opportunities to offer in specific areas of the company. They offer competitive benefits. Exciting time to work for the company with so much potential in the industry.

    Cons

Did not receive clear direction from head of department and not encouraged to ask questions on clarification of role in the department. The changing roles of the department can be frustrating to some.

    Pros

Wonderful team of people to work with, great management (at this very low level) and wonderful supportive environment where my supervisors encourage me to grow and learn and improve, and give great feedback on how I'm doing and what I can do better.

    Cons

Celgene is a big corporation, I have not experienced any drawbacks personally, but I think as you get higher up in the organization people get a bit frustrated with the upper management.
