    I've heard that it depends on which sector you are in and who your mentor is, not all internships are equal and there is no uniform procedures in place to help each Intern get the fullest possible experience

    we are treated as an adult. this may be easy to say, but in corporate America today, this is rare to find. the level of respect and trust in each others' words is a value we hold very high in the work place

    Cons

    have to meet sales quota that goes up linearly; but that is the nature of the job. Celgene tries to be fair.

    Managements is awful. Old workers does not welcome new hire. their treatment is bad
