    Pros

No Pros at all, don't expect any good thing at cellcity

    Cons

No salary for months, there are around 25+ ex employees waiting for their salary, If somebody wants to join cellcity and if somebody reads this, please change your mind and find another place. This is a hell.
I might say this company is a scam, they recruit people having no money to pay, keep them sometime without paying, once resigned you'll never be able to get your salary. Scam Scam...

    A Company Built On Promises

    I worked at Cellcity full-time

    Pros

There really are no pros that you can highlight which makes working at Cellcity an acceptable experience. This is a company that not only doesn't pay salaries on time or in full, it's a company where the CEO fails communicate with his staff. The senior management fail to acknowledge the dire situation of the company and the fact that they are in the midst of a cash flow crisis, several court cases and late tax payments.

    Cons

To continue with the above, the blame lies with the management who fail to recognise that:

    - Payment in small drips and drabs and never in full is unacceptable
    - A poorly maintained office disrespects your staff
    - Making employees feel guilty for asking for salary is unacceptable
    - Putting staff relationships with MOM at risk is extremely unfair

This is truly a company built on lies, where the senior management are so convinced by their own delusions of grandure that they stop to think about how actions are impacting the lives of their employees. If you are thinking about joining Cellcity, no doubt that you would have been impressed at the managements presentations and list of clients. Beware that most of what they tell you will be a complete misrepresentation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Surely you understand Cellcity, that relying on investment from external parties to balance the salary deficit is sign enough that you are making some extremely bad business.
decisions. Start acting responsibly! Be truthful and talk to your people! Stop hiring new staff when you can't currently pay your developers.

    Pros

due to the instability created by the management and constant cash flow issues this is not a positive environment in which to work in

    Cons

they don't pay salaries on time, usually several months late if at all, constant cash flow issues, too many staff who are not effective, sell too cheaply to clients, they miss deadlines, no realistic long term business plan, they say one thing and do another

    I worked at Cellcity full-time

    Pros

Working hours are less than other companies, we can come in at 11.30am and leave when the bosses leave.
Lunch time is 1.5 hours or more because no one cares as long as we don't go in a big group
Dressing can be casual, some of us even wear shorts on fridays
Office location is good because it is at central area but food is expensive

    Cons

Pay is ALWAYS late. When I was there, it was 1 to 2 months late, heard from my friends now it's 4 to 5 months late. You need a lot of savings to work in Cellcity.
Management keeps saying pay is coming next week or end of the month but it never comes. If it comes, it's a very small amount, like 1 week pay or half month.
We never get 13th month bonus, no variable bonus, no stock options. Nothing. Even claims for medical take many months to receive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop treating employees as stupid. When you keep lying to us, do you think that we believe you? You should take up some course in how to run a proper business and how to treat employees better.
Improve your communication to employees. I heard that when moving to new office, there wasnt any cleaning services, internet, air con or even water for a few months and employees were not informed when these things were coming. They had to buy their own water for a few months. Imagine that pay is already so late and yet still need to waste money buying your own water.

    I worked at Cellcity

    Pros

Cool project managers understands developer's problems
    Work life balance
    New projects

    Cons

Always we have to demand for salary. Sometimes even get 2 -3months delayed.
    Don't have any medical reimbursement
Why keep recruiting people if we cant pay the salary.
The cash flow is really bad. This bothers the payment of the developers an project managers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay the salary proper lah! Else it will be a good company. Please increase the cash flow so that we can pay the people.
