Pros – flexible hours, fair commission structure, Agent for U.S. Cellular a reputable and growing company
Cons – lack of recognition from management, greedy owner, not base salary, no benefits, customer base, NO oppurtunity for advancement, all top-down communication, lots of strict rules with paperwork policies
Advice to Senior Management – recognize and reward your agents, give incentive to meet quotas

Pros – Most of the time theres not customers and nothing to do, I guess that a positive?
Cons – Poor management no room to move up or anything. Basically a dead end job.
Advice to Senior Management – ha

Pros – Schedule Flexibility(You have the ability to set your own schedule)
Never Short supply of product
High traffic locations
Cons – High turnover
No development program into management
No feedback from senior leadership to management
No Structure each market they are in is completely different.
Advice to Senior Management – Add more structure in the company to show upward mobility
Set up a review system so that managers and associates see were their worth is to the company
