    I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time (More than a year)


    Entrepreneurial opportunity to pursue outside sales if you want (and have the time and energy after working 5 - 6 shifts a week in the stores.


    100% commissioned sales. It doesn't cost the management team anything to keep the stores fully staffed even when that means the sales people make little money.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your sales people a base salary, and provide clear monetary incentive for providing great customer service.
