I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time for more than a year
Pros – Entrepreneurial opportunity to pursue outside sales if you want (and have the time and energy after working 5 - 6 shifts a week in the stores.
Cons – 100% commissioned sales. It doesn't cost the management team anything to keep the stores fully staffed even when that means the sales people make little money.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay your sales people a base salary, and provide clear monetary incentive for providing great customer service.
