    Pros

They are always short staffed, so is easy to get on

    Cons

They don't pay well, and randomly select their friends for management positions.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people actually doing the job before you make 'improvements' to the way things are done.

    Pros

Benefits are amazing and retirement plans are respectful.

    Cons

Nothing but empty promises and never appearing promotions. Raises are horribly low for the amount of work expected.

    Advice to Management

Instead of telling employees your a family oriented company try being one. Raises need to be more consistent and higher.
