    Pros

    -Real projects given
-Wonderful opportunity to network with industry professionals
    -Pay was great

    Cons

Starts off pretty slow, just like any other internship. Take this time to meet everyone in the department. If you don't have enough work, go and find some.

    Advice to Management

A structured intern development program would be nice

    Pros

Competitive Wages. Excellent incentives. You feel like a part of something. Management listens and cares. Opportunity to travel and grow. Work as much as you possibly can.

    Cons

The one thing that would be a con, would have to be some of the older tenured employees seem to feel entitled. But nothing too bad.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work.

    Pros

Professional, competent & friendly work environmt that offers meaningful and challenging work assignments and projects and recognizes those employees that perform well.

    Cons

The expectations of management are high but reasonable. Long hours are expected from employees and contractors in order to meet oftentimes unreasonable deadlines.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be an employee focused company.

    Pros

The working atmosphere is very friendly and stress-free. Financially stable company with many opportunities to grow and expand your professional network. Pay is good, benefits are great. No evening or weekend work. They encourage moving around the company if one is open for it. In-company training also offers many helpful courses. Would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

    Cons

None that I can think of, all was great.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.

    Pros

There is a lot of growth potential and the leadership moving towards advanced technology. There is great life/work balance, great benefits, and the compensation is competitive. Very nice atmosphere.

    Cons

They have been a bit slow into moving towards using technology so even though they are quickly closing this gap there is still a lot of improvements to be made for efficiency purposes.

    Advice to Management

The work life balance is great but the hours should be more flexible for salaried employees such as: if you come in at 7 you can leave at 4; if you come in at 8 you can leave at 5.....there should not be a set schedule. Most of the companies do not have a set schedule for professionals.

    Pros

CenterPoint is a great company. Everyone's been nice and hard working. Great employee benefit. Can get a lot of help from any kinds of people, managers, analysts, directors, engineers, etc.

    Cons

The only challenge may be understanding different work processes within this big energy firm. There are lots of things going on at the same time and you need to keep track of them. But as said it would be challenging and you really can get the most out of it.
