“Good Pay/Benefits but bad environment”
I worked at CenterPoint
Pros – The pay and benefits are good. Good training provided.
Cons – Bad work environment. Management is hypercritical of job performance. There is a high amount of pressure to sell things but commission is not very much. Also Management won't work with employees who need time off for Medical purposes.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
