I have been working at Centerpoint Health
Pros – Serving needy clients can be really rewarding.
Cons – Health Insurance benefits are aweful--we have the "hope you don't get sick" plan.
Advice to Senior Management – Limit micromanagement and let people do the jobs they were hired for.

I worked at Centerpoint Health
Pros – Semi-flexable schedule ~ plan your own day.
Majority of your time is out in the community and not "stuck" behind a desk.
Clients are (mostly) very grateful for your hard work and support.
It is satisfying knowing that what you do is helpful to others in your community.
Cons – Your salary is equal to LESS Then the benefits your clients receive from the State and/or SSI.
Despite being a "not for profit" organization - the senior management cares only for the bottom line.
Moreover, the goals are impossible to achieve within a 40 hour week and therefore staff often get burned-out.
Have you seen the series Mad Men? Note how women and people of different races are treated? That is what it's like working for this agency.
Advice to Senior Management – Support, appreciate and listen to your staff, Therapists and Case Management Team ~ they are the people who make an agency work - not the all white male senior Directors.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
