    Pros

Depending on which department you work in and who your manager is, they are extremely willing to cater to your personal needs if something happens or changes in your life.

    Cons

Annual reviews rarely come. Raises are never more than a dollar per hour (more like 50 cents). Realistically speaking, regarding the present, there are NO raises, not even cost-of-living raises.

When you begin working for this company you are conditioned by the management to think that it is completely unacceptable to speak to the owner. This gives them all the control they need to feed him lies about what really goes on. He honestly has no clue.

    Advice to Management

Stop taking credit for other peoples work and stop pushing your own work and mistakes off on other departments and other employees. Hold yourselves accountable.

    Pros

Stable company to work for. Plenty of nice people. A lot of experienced people who know a lot about the car business. In general, they treat their employees better than most car dealerships.

    Cons

Not a very proactive company. Doing things the same way that they were 30 years ago. Nothing wrong with tradition but you need to keep up with the competition. Seem to be withering on the vine.

    Advice to Management

    Don't be lazy! Be accountable.
