Pros – stable work environment , Good flexable mixture of people in the work force. dependable equipment and employees uniforms and supplys..
Cons – no oppertunities for advancement to a full time possition,. College is a predomently Part time only work force in the Public Safety and other departments,.
Advice to Senior Management – allow more full time possitions at the college

Pros – You have support from administration and it is a very friendly environment. It's a very nice and clean campus and the facilities are very nice as well.
Cons – The continuing education programs are not very good and there are not opportunities to further your education without spending your own money.
