Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Houston, TX

ProsPlenty of work for hard workers,

ConsManagement has no modern formal training, Literal thinking types with no chance of leading the industry without change. The opportunity for this firm to win back its former glory is great,

Advice to Senior ManagementMix up the DNA in operations management. Too many people of the same type breeds group thinking and a herd mentality. You are small enough to beat the bigger rivals but need fresh better critical thinkers in operations.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    staff and make quotas.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire someone like my self to do this job for them.
