A very informative and very comfortable workplace.

    Legal Intern (Current Employee)
    New Delhi (India)

ProsVery accommodating and friendly staff, flexible timings, the freedom to sit in on hearings, an open door policy to address all issues and grievances, no divide between the staff and bosses. Fully air-conditioned offices, which is rare for the government. in India, and in the middle of Delhi, really easy to access.

ConsThe work can get a bit monotonous at times. That was the only con I saw. It is all dealing with files, typing up hearing and show cause notices, and disposal and dispatch. Not much variety in the kind of work, or much of a challenge.

Advice to Senior ManagementAs the only con I've mentioned cannot really be addressed by the management, all I can hope for is a more systematic approach to things, thus reducing the tedium.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
