    Pros

There were some good people in the company

High management turnover in field locations due to poor training. Promotions given based on favoritism. Rules were not consistent applied among employees. Employee hotline complaints not investigated by Corporate HR. Very low employee and management morale.

    Pros

The people are great to work with: they are smart, hard-working, and are team players.

    Cons

Upper management has little or no regard for the welfare of their employees.

    Advice to Management

Central Parking was purchased by Standard Parking in Chicago. The new merged company name is SP+ Corporation. Millions were spent on a new office, but many employees have been laid off or terminated.
Why was the money spent on a new office building in lieu of keeping people employed?

  11. My experience with the company was disorganization from within.
