Pros – - Great co-workers, young and fun department, very laid back
- Great Benefits (fully paid health, vision, dental insurance, 10 vacation and 12 sick days, 401k, pension)
- Great work hours (35 per week) and flex scheduling (start between 6 and 930 am and work 7 hour days)
- Plenty of feedback on your work so you know where you stand

Cons – - Travel about 1-2 times per month, mostly in the midwest (St. Louis, Detroit, Indianapolis areas)
- The work isn't very exciting. It is compliance auditing of employer payrolls.
- Not much room for growth within the company, only within the department.
