    Pros

Company provides higher than industry average pay. Great work/life balance. Profit sharing policies help each department work together for the common goal of making the company profitable.

    Cons

Certain workers can be a little set in their ways. Company could institute a 401k match to promote saving for retirement (even if it's just a 1-2% match).

    Pros

Great staff of managers from middle management to executive level management.

    Cons

The companies been around for over 100 years and the technology speaks forbit. There networking infrastructure is very limited and definitely missing some of the current core elements of technology that would be needed to be competitive in today's industies. There business model is one similar to any "Mad Man" episode. Men are mostly recognized and looked upon and Women are less looked or considered in my eye as a considered factor in the development of the development. It's a interesting mix and if you can tolerate this (men and women alike) you can grow very old at this organization.

    Advice to Management

Become more transparent across all markets. Sales should have the same technological advancement as that of the fabr I cation departments and management need to be more stern on the principles of growth ...from training new candidates to seasoned representatives. We are in a new bubusiness climate and as there are seasons so to will the style of business (whatever this maybe) needs to be embraces and looked on as the base of growth for the industry as a whole.

    Cons

Not sure of what direction this company is going. Employees have no value anymore and experience is not valued.

    Pros

Not only are there no "pros" in relation to this company, but the people themselves are not "professionals"...

    Cons

    They're all "con" artists.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you've been doing.....taking a company on the verge of reaching $1 billion in annual sales to losing money on operations every single day you remain open for business. Unscrew some more of those neon lights in the office to "save money on electric bill expenses."
